The skin is a skin mix, none of the assets featured here are of my authory. Even though the skin is single-colour you can change the notes in folder called 'mania' the same as if it was an R-Skin, 1 = white note from R-Skin, 2 = blue, 3 = yellow. Make sure to use on high background dim as the skin's playfield doesn't have background colour (I play on 93% dim).
